If KingKit doesn't work out in your first 14 days, email support@whatnotking.com from your purchase email and the first month is refunded, no questions. The license key stops working when the refund is issued.
Renewals aren't refunded — cancel anytime before the next billing date and you keep access through the period you paid for. If a Whatnot change breaks KingKit and it stays broken for more than 7 days of your billing period, ask and that month is on us.
Use the manage-subscription link on any Stripe receipt email, or email support@whatnotking.com and it's done for you.
